The ACE Group has a program, based on its Staff Manual, to ensure
that the highest standards of integrity are applied to all its activities worldwide
in accordance with international best practice.
Through an interactive E-learning Program, ACE has been able to
integrate the general principles contained in the manual into its different businesses.
In this program, employees are confronted with issues arising in their day-to-day
business activities.
The Human resource manager is responsible for implementing procedures
governing the ethical behavior of employees and consultants, and for conducting
investigations on alleged staff misconduct. He/she also sets the standards of honesty
and integrity that ACE expects of its business partners.
Reports on suspected violations of the rules contained in the manual can be submitted
or advice obtained by calling the Human resource department head-office
or by filing a written report on line or sending it by fax or mail addressed to
the Head Human resource of the ACE Group.
